Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund and Cancellation Policy of Grady Financial Solutions LLC (GradyFinLLC).
At Grady Financial Solutions LLC (GradyFinLLC), our mission is to give you an exceptional customer experience by empowering you to take back control of your finances in order to gain and enjoy financial freedom. If you qualify for a refund, we are here to help you every step of the way!
GradyFinLLC offers a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee on our Credit Management, Budget Management, and Debt Management services offered to our clients. This means you have 90 calendar days to request a refund from date that services were first rendered. Refunds are limited to payments made for 90 days of service only. To qualify for this refund, you must not acquire services with any other credit restoration company during the duration of being enrolled with Grady Financial Solutions LLC (GradyFinLLC).
For our Credit Management Program, GradyFinLLC will diligently work on your behalf in repairing your credit report and score; however, GradyFinLLC does not make any promises or assumptions as to the results of our credit repair process or in regards to your credit score and/or how it may be affected.
Service cancellation can be made at any time and will be accepted via phone, fax, or e-mail. If a balance is due, you will be charged a final payment for services previously rendered and completed after cancellation request is honored.
For appointment cancellations/reschedules , please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation and/or late scheduling fee.
If we do not manage to update any inaccurate, obsolete, erroneous, incomplete and unverifiable information on your credit reports, you are entitled to a full refund within 90 Days. All you have to do is provide us with a copy of your results from all three major credit bureaus agencies (Experian, Equifax, and Transunion) at the time of refund request.
All approved refunds are issued between 5-7 business days upon your request. A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. Refunds are processed based on your original payment method. Please contact your financial institution with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Your monthly plan fee is billed on a monthly basis for services previously rendered and performed, and is non-refundable after 90 days of purchase. All payments due and owed for services rendered must be paid to Grady Financial Solutions LLC (GradyFinLLC) upon payment due date.
GradyFinLLC will help you to obtain your credit reports by providing several credit monitoring resources that you can choose from your client portal.
Once credit report is obtained from all 3 credit bureaus and uploaded to your portal, GradyFinLLC will analyze and generates a financial report and establish communication via your client dashboard to help collect and review updated information and instructions from you regarding your circumstances and goals through a secure database.
After 5-7 days (varies by state) from engagement of service, your initial charge plan fee is billed on a monthly basis for services previously rendered and performed, and is non-refundable after 90 days of purchase.
There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.
